What we collect

If you write to us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you put in your message. The contact form on this site does not send anything to a server of ours: it opens your own email client with the message prefilled, so we only ever receive what you choose to send.

If you book a call, the booking runs on Cal.com. What you enter there is collected by Cal.com under their own policy and passed to us so the meeting can happen.

Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no tracking scripts. We do not know who visits it.

Why we use it

Only to answer you, and to run the working relationship that may follow. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Vercel hosts this site and processes standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as part of serving pages.

Cal.com, if you book a call. Our email provider, for the messages you send us.

No one else. We use no other processors.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept while the relationship is active and archived afterwards. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and ask us to stop contacting you. Write to geoffrey@kapsul.world and we will answer.

If you are in the EU or EEA, the GDPR gives you these rights. In Japan they follow from the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect what you send us. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot promise otherwise.

Links to other sites

This site links to Cal.com, Kapsul Studios and HONMONO. Once you leave, their own policies apply, not this one.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes with them. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
