The readiness
An export readiness score across four chapters — international checkout, digital presence, tracking, and the non-negotiable compliance layer of HS codes and traceability. Delivered as a report and as a back office that stays yours.

Sprint
Kapsul audits, prepares, and presents your brand to selected French stores and audiences — in French. No French entity. No French to speak. No customs on your side.
The result
Ninety days from now, four things exist that do not exist today.
An export readiness score across four chapters — international checkout, digital presence, tracking, and the non-negotiable compliance layer of HS codes and traceability. Delivered as a report and as a back office that stays yours.
A buyer-facing portal in French and English. Line sheet, export prices fixed for the season, and the context a French buyer needs to understand who you are — not only what you make.
Selected French stores, contacted in French and followed up. A French audience reached where it already shops. Both, if you take the full sprint.
Who was approached, who replied, what they asked. Numbers you can act on, handed over when the ninety days close.

The room where the continent's buying decisions are made, and a buyer who will not write to you first.

No company to register, no French to learn, no customs to clear yourself. That is what the sprint is for.
Where
Before the line sheet, before the campaign: where you want to be stocked. Seven cities, each with its own buyer, its own customer, and its own idea of what a Japanese brand is for.
Pick a city
Region — Île-de-France
The room where the decision is made.
Concept stores, department buyers, and the trade-show calendar the rest of the country follows. A brand carried in the right Paris store is read as having arrived — which is why these buyers are the hardest to reach and the most worth reaching.
The work
Entering France is thirty-six tasks in the right order, in French. Those are ours.
Proof
Three brands, three numbers: French stores entered, and in how many months. If the number is small, it is the small number.
The calendar
The clock starts at the decision, and the strands run in parallel.
Sixty minutes. The product, the prices, the intention. We come back with a market shortlist and a readiness score.
Your export readiness scored and explained. Compliance gaps named before they can block a shipment. The back office opens the same week.
Portal live, line sheet published, export prices fixed for the season. Where the sprint includes B2C, the checkout and the campaign are built in parallel.
Stores contacted in French and followed up twice. Campaigns running. Replies land in your back office as they arrive.
The portal, the contacts, the replies, the numbers. Yours to keep, whatever you decide next.
Division of labour
What stops most Japanese brands from entering France is not the product and not the budget. It is months of coordination, in a language you do not work in, across a dozen trades. That part is ours.
Kapsul
You
The guarantee
One hundred qualified French stores identified and contacted, each followed up twice. A named report of who was approached and who replied. Your portal live, your products loaded, your export prices set. If we do not reach that count, the audit and the twelve months of Kapsul stay yours, and we refund the fee.
That a store will buy. Nobody can guarantee that, and we would be careful with anyone who says otherwise.
If fewer than five stores request your line sheet, we extend the sprint by ninety days at no charge.
Formats
The same standard throughout. What changes is which door you open.
¥400,000
Wholesale, without a media budget. Slower to compound, and it compounds.
¥350,000 + media from ¥200,000
Direct to the French customer. In market within weeks, with numbers to read.
¥550,000¥750,000
The format most brands should take — and not only for the price.
After the sprint
The sprint is built to be complete. At day ninety you hold the portal, the contacts, the replies, and the analysis, whether or not we work together again. If you want to continue, you are no longer a new client: the brand is loaded, the products are live, the buyers know your name. The rate reflects the work already done.
¥40,000 / month
¥30,000 a month for brands that have completed a sprint. The back office, the portal and the orders, kept running.
On request
A team on the French side of every order, with the onboarding fee already covered by the sprint.
A decision for day ninety. Not for today.
Sixty minutes, the product, and the intention. We come back with a market, a calendar, and a score.
No deck required.
